Are you excited to start planning your event but nervous about all those pretty little details?  We will work closely with you to create an event that shows off your personality and style.  Starting with a custom blueprint and inspiration board, we figure out all the personal touches from centerpieces to seating cards.  We curate a list of stellar vendors that will make the vision come to life and we will even be there to set up and tear down so you don’t have to worry about a thing.  Package starts at $3000 depending on size and scale of event.

Do you need help keeping track of your budget and sticking to a time line, finding the perfect vendors to fit your vision, plus someone to pull all the nitty gritty details together on the day of?  We act as the project manager on all the logistical aspects of the event.  We will be on your team each step of the way from time line creation to vendor referral to event coordination.  We will check-in with you throughout the wedding planning process and be there to bounce ideas off of or to just vent to once in a while!  We will contact all your vendors, go over contracts, create a time line, supervise your rehearsal + take the lead on the big day.  We will be the first person to arrive at your venue and the last person to leave making sure everything goes off without a hitch!  Pricing starts at $5000 depending on size and scale of event.

We adore DIY brides!  Our Month-of-Coordination package not only includes coordinating vendors and your day-of time line but we will also set-up and install all those projects you’ve been sweating over for the past few months.  We’re not just talking about escort cards and a guest book…we’ll hang garlands + pom poms, place centerpieces…anything that your creative little heart can craft up we can set up!  We only take a limited number of  Month-of clients who are the perfect fit so please contact us ASAP if you think we’re a good match! Starting at $1500.

We also offer Partial Coordination for those couples who want to be more hands-on but need a little guidance throughout the exciting months of wedding planning including timeline and budget tracking, vendor referrals, etc.!  Starting at $2500.

We love to get our craft on!  If you have a super amazing idea for your celebration but aren’t sure how to make it happen then just leave the cutting + pasting, sewing + sawing to us.  Or, if you see a couple things from a package that you like but don’t want the whole sh-bang, drop us a line and we can customize any package for you from inspiration board making to budget tracking and everything in between!
