One of my favorite photographers in one of my favorite venues with one of my favorite clients ever. Talk about a dream! I just adore their romantic, rurban (rustic-urban!) wedding we got to plan and do the flowers for this past summer.
OK so I don’t have photos yet from Ramani and David’s beautiful Calamigos Ranch wedding but I just had to share this lovely wedding video from one of my all-time favorite videographers Modern 8 Films. We coordinated this gorgeous, vintage-inspired day with some of our other favorite vendors The Little Branch, Sweet and Saucy and Found Vintage Rentals. I can’t wait to share the photos soon!
I am SO excited to final share these images from Birds of a Feather with you!!!! Holy cow! This wedding was gorgeous! First of all, the Bride’s family home is pretty much my dream abode and styled to perfection! I felt so lucky to be able to design a wedding around such a stunning space. Then there’s the couple – Emily and Dan – who are straight out of a movie…so stunning and their bohemian, Mallorca-meets-Morocco-meets-Mexico vision swept me off my feet. I love that they wanted to incorporate so many traditions and rituals from different parts of their history and varied cultures. It made for one of the most memorable and authentic ceremonies I’ve ever seen. The day was beyond beautiful and with Flashdance’s DJ Gary Ames at the dance floor helm the night was pretty rad too! Of course, my favorite gals at Whoa Nelly brought their culinary craftiness to the table and put together a family-style menu to-die-for!!! Talk about a dream team! See more on Style Me Pretty!

A couple of months ago we celebrated some of our favorite colleagues in the event planning industry with an intimate, super fun Wine and Cheese Social at The Fig House. The Little Branch brought the magic floral touch that they are known for with these GORGEOUS tropical arrangements that were perfect for the space. I love the little marble trays we made for each of the centerpieces and the hand-dyed cocktail napkins. Of course, life isn’t complete until you’ve had a divine cheese creation from Room Forty! Big THANKS to Ashley Kelemen for hanging out with us and snapping some stellar pics!
And how rad are the invites that Papermade Design created for us!

I don’t like to play favorites but Jenn and Stephen are definitely up there in the list of most awesome clients ever. Funny, smart, kind, creative…these two have it all and their wedding was hands-down the most epic dance party ever. I loved all the details we created for them – their greenery-covered chuppah, the lace bar backdrop, the custom table runners. We also had a dream team of vendors – My Floral Bliss, SEP Entertainment and Lighting and, of course, The Why We Love. Their video is amazing….check it out below! And see even more photos on Ruffled!

We had such a blast at The Cream Event this year….I think it might have been the best one so far and I’m not just saying that because I was lucky enough to be a part of it! And I was lucky enough to get paired with the most phenomenal partner – Miss Alise of Sweet Marie Designs. Working with this girl was a dream and she is, without a doubt, a floral goddess!
Also, thanks to The Hostess Haven for letting me borrow the fabulous flatware! Might be my favorite part!
Leigh and Ben are two of the coolest, smartest, funniest couples I’ve ever met and their Marvimon wedding was a true reflection of this rad duo. With the dreamiest of vendor dream teams – Birds Of A Feather Photography, The Little Branch, Roomforty – this was a wedding for the history books. Killer music, great food, nummy cocktails, oodles of details and a cutest of couples equals wedding magic! See even more on Style Me Pretty!

Last October we were so privileged to be a part of a day that can only be described as pure magic. The Darlington House set the most romantic scene for this Refined Bohemian soiree. The bride and groom are not only totally gorgeous, stylish and creative but also so in love and sweet. We couldn’t have asked for a dreamier client. They were open to our less traditional ideas like covering the existing arch with Bougainvillea, using Noah Bells for escort cards and vintage matchbooks – something they collect- for the guest book which guests then placed in cigar boxes. Everything from the linens to the flowers to Michelle’s fantastic long-sleeved, lace gown helped create the ideal elegant, chic and insanely fun wedding. Jill Thomas, a photographer I have admired and loved for years, captured every moment, every detail with total perfection.
