A couple of months ago we celebrated some of our favorite colleagues in the event planning industry with an intimate, super fun Wine and Cheese Social at The Fig House.  The Little Branch brought the magic floral touch that they are known for with these GORGEOUS tropical arrangements that were perfect for the space.  I love the little marble trays we made for each of the centerpieces and the hand-dyed cocktail napkins.  Of course, life isn’t complete until you’ve had a divine cheese creation from Room Forty!  Big THANKS to Ashley Kelemen for hanging out with us and snapping some stellar pics!Geometric Hanging Sculpture

I don’t like to play favorites but Jenn and Stephen are definitely up there in the list of most awesome clients ever.  Funny, smart, kind, creative…these two have it all and their wedding was hands-down the most epic dance party ever.  I loved all the details we created for them – their greenery-covered chuppah, the lace bar backdrop, the custom table runners.  We also had a dream team of vendors –  My Floral Bliss,  SEP Entertainment and Lighting and, of course,  The Why We Love.  Their video is amazing….check it out below!  And see even more photos on Ruffled!

We had such a blast at The Cream Event this year….I think it might have been the best one so far and I’m not just saying that because I was lucky enough to be a part of it!  And I was lucky enough to get paired with the most phenomenal partner – Miss Alise of Sweet Marie Designs.  Working with this girl was a dream and she is, without a doubt, a floral goddess!

Thank you One Love Photography for capturing all of these details!!!  See more on Green Wedding Shoes, 100 Layer Cake and Grey Likes Weddings!

Also, thanks to The Hostess Haven for letting me borrow the fabulous flatware!  Might be my favorite part!

Loved the predominate use of greens in the archway. Really gave the entire scene a very refined and elegant feel. Great pictures!ReplyCancel

Leigh and Ben are two of the coolest, smartest, funniest couples I’ve ever met and their Marvimon wedding was a true reflection of this rad duo.  With  the dreamiest of vendor dream teams – Birds Of A Feather PhotographyThe Little BranchRoomforty – this was a wedding for the history books.  Killer music, great food, nummy cocktails, oodles of details and a cutest of couples equals wedding magic!  See even more on Style Me Pretty!

I love everything about this wedding! The shades of green & aqua with all that gold? Just perfection! Lovely work.ReplyCancel

Last October we were so privileged to be a part of a day that can only be described as pure magic.  The Darlington House set the most romantic scene for this Refined Bohemian soiree.  The bride and groom are not only totally gorgeous, stylish and creative but also so in love and sweet.  We couldn’t have asked for a dreamier client.  They were open to our less traditional ideas like covering the existing arch with Bougainvillea, using Noah Bells for escort cards and vintage matchbooks – something they collect- for the guest book which guests then placed in cigar boxes.  Everything from the linens to the flowers to Michelle’s fantastic long-sleeved, lace gown helped create the ideal elegant, chic and insanely fun wedding.   Jill Thomas, a photographer I have admired and loved for years, captured every moment, every detail with total perfection.

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner!  Any big romantic plans out there?  I’m dreaming of jet-setting to some warm, tropical place and hanging out on a hammock with a cocktail or two.  Probably not going to happen but a girl can dream, right?  Most likely I’ll be sitting at home on the couch catching up on True Detective!  So romantic!

This table we designed with The Little Branch a couple of years ago for the Utterly Engaged party Fizz and Frills always makes me think of Valentine’s Day and a sweet dinner for two with girly, pink details balanced out by the black and white graphics.  I love the floral details that were hand-painted for us and used throughout and the little touch of glitzy glam!

Friends!  We are going to The Cream Event!!  Make sure you snag your  tickets before they are sold.out.  Which could happen any day now!  We’ll be there with bells on and we can’t wait.  Last year was crazy good and the bar was set high but we are dreaming and scheming and getting our pretty on.  Make sure you stop by and say hi!!!

Have you heard???  Utterly Engaged just sent out the very first run of their brand new PRINT magazine!  I can’t wait to get my hands on mine!  Have you ordered yours yet?  If not, you still can but make sure you order it soon before they are all gone!  February 8th is the last chance to order.  And keep your eyes peeled for the gorgeous shoot we put together at LoftSEVEN with Be Inspired PR, Kurt Boomer, Dolce Designs, Artistry by Danika and so many other top notch vendors.  Here is a little sneak peek but, trust me, you definitely want to see the rest of it!
